6809 Power Problem

Hi,

I love my 6809. Lately, however, I find that when the cooling fan turns on, the machine turns completely off...poof! It happens on a sporadic basis, either on battery power or ac power. I'm not sure what it is...some kind of short circuit maybe. Anybody have any ideas. My machine's still under warranty.
