I wish Asus made it clear what laptops were going to receive USB4. I would love if my Zephyrus G15 2022 received the update as I could run my display at full resolution through my dock then.

I ordered the Lenova version of this, and it was supposed to ship over 6 weeks ago. Still no word. This is ridiculous.

That one for $861. I hope Lenova sees this and it shakes them up to ship my laptop.

Edit: the one on that video is exactly what I ordered, its the Lenova.

With USB 4 V2 capable of 120Gbps in asymmetric mode (~3 times more than current Thunderbolt), I think egpu's will become more mainstream for casual gamers.

I'm on an older 4 core i7 laptop (18W sustained) and with an AMD RX 6600 connected via a thunderbolt kit Fortnite gives me happy 60hz on the external monitor. And all the hardware is quiet.

A 6850HS 35W sku would be kinda awesome. One day when they become available in Australia...

And a benchy... because why not...

Even if the 4 cores are maxed out at 1.9Ghz, the fan is just above idle. During Fortnite with my 'low-everything' settings, the GPU fans don't even spin - so the whole gaming setup is very very quiet. So quiet I can hear a hum coming from my old Dell monitor... :/
