6800s can you have dual-view with a TV and a monitor

The option pops up when you have two monitors connected but not when you have a monitor hooked up to the dvi port and svideo connected to a TV.

you can run a tv as a second monitor through svideo but the resolution will be terrible and picture kinda lousy

yeah but how...the dual view option isnt availabe when a tv and monitor are connected.
