270 is the normal price for the 6800OC. Back on Black Friday a month ago they had some with a huge rebate that brought the price down to 200, but I don't think they have that anymore.

I thought the MSRP was $300 on these cards? I've only seen them around for $300 and up besides the outpost deal

It is!
There was a deal at CompUSA for the PNY version for $230.00 and a $30.00 MIR.
There was also a deal at BestBuy for BFG 6800OC and Half-Life 2 together for $350.00 and a $105.00 BestBuy rebate.
But, those deal do not exist now anymore.

OK..don't mean to hijack your thread but I do have a question.

I'm in the market for a 6600gt or the 6800OC from Best Buy. Crapusa has the 6600GT for $200 AR starting tomorrow. Sure the 6800 OC is $100 more but people have been having great sucess in unlocking the extra pipes in the BFG.

Which would be a better buy..please note..that money really isn't an issue but I guess $100 is $100.
