it's easy but probably not a good idea until yuo get some more exprience. It has around a 90% success ratem, and if it's not successful, it is generally undoable.

well it depends...you cannot mod it to the XTPE if its in PCI-e express format. if its AGP its possible but it must support VIVO otherwise the mod will not work.

I suggest you try out the mod but you could damage your card or unlock damaged pipelines...and have a spare PCI card incase the mod fails so that you can reflash the bios of your damaged card.
