6800GT vs 6800Ultra

If you OC the 6800Gt to Ultra speeds is it pretty much the exact same or is there something the ultra has over the GT. Core and Mem speeds the same, same pipes... is the Ultra just cooled better and with a different bios?
 
I think the GT might actually be a hair faster due to tighter memory timings on it, or so I've heard anyway.
