6800GT Stock Heatsink

I am trying to put on my VF700-Cu, but the 2 of the 4 spring loaded screws on the stock heatsink won't budge. I am worried that they are getting close to becoming stripped. Any suggestions on getting this stock POS off??
 
Yeah for now I just put the stock POS back on. I hate to put this nice cooler to waste.... I want to get better temps, right now idling in the mid 50's on stock speeds.
 
Yeah I know I really want to get this cooler on. Guess I need to go shopping for some pliers or try a small flat head.
 
lol dude dont break ur card trying to remove the screws...just get the right screwdrivers or pliers or whatever u require! dont be dejected..u just require the right equipment...the VF700-ALCU rocks!!
 
idk what the problem is though, when i installed mine the standard sized screwdriver worked on all the screws perfectly. lefty loosey righty tighty?? lol
