6800GT problem

I have a 6800GT, and it used to work fine, but lately there have been some graphical glitches. For example, there will be white patches of twitching light in Far Cry and WC3, and some graphics look kind of jagged.

What could be causing this? I have the newest drivers installed, and everything else in the system is up to par. (Antec PSU 550w)

It was working fine yesterday, but then I might of done something to the settings or drivers. What settings would be needed for this card in the nvidia manager? Or what else can I do?
