The +12v line is most important in your case & 18A is borderline.. it might work & might not, I'd suggest getting a stronger PSU but be careful because I know Dell used to use a non-standard ATX pin arrangement for their PSU's... not sure if they still do, but if so a standard ATX supply will cook your MB... Antec & PC Power & cooling both make Dell editions of their units.

Get the service tag off your PC & check Dells support site... hopefully you'll be able to tell.

You should be ok. I had run a 6800GT AGP with a 330w (12A on +12v) before, and it worked great. The x800xt should even use a little less power than the 6800GT.
