6800gt o/c at ultra speed or 7800gt

What is each gonna cost you? If you already have the 6800 then stick with it, but if you'd have to buy either one, get the 7800 if you can afford it. Since the 7800 is roughly twice as powerful, you'd be able to use it for a longer period of time.
