Hey guys i just upgraded my video card from an 4200ti to a 6800GT AGP 256mb, ever since i seem to be having some issues.
I used to be playing World of Warcraft fine useing the 4200ti and now with the 6800GT after some time of gaming the computer restarts.... I thought it would be a heating problem but the temperature is fine.

Also when i play Splinter Cell - Chaos Theory and F.E.A.R. i get after like 10 minutes an error from windows that an error occured and the program needs to be terminated...

Any ideas on how to solve these issues?
Thanks again for checking my post

Is the card OC'd??

Do you have the extra power connector connected?

What is your PSU? Sounds like maybe the card isnt getting enough juice.

are you running newest drivers fro the card? did you uninstall old drivers before installing new? if newest drivers dont work try another version.

yea i uninstalled old drivers and installed a fresh copy of the latest drivers from nvidia.com

Is the errors apart from the world of warcraft restart have to do with the video card?
