I've encountred a problem that makes me sad about my Asus V9999GT 128 Mb and almost all nvidia drivers.
My configuration:
Asus V9999GT 128 Mb
AMD64 3000+
512 Mb RAM
Motherboard Asus K8S-MX (SiS chipset)
Creative Audigy 2
I installed the drivers that came with the bundle software (61.xx). I'd say no problems. 3dMark03 score: about 9960.
Then I thought: hey, I could install new drivers to get better results... So I did, first trying with the official ones. I launched Driver Cleaner after reboot and so on... I ran 3dMark03 but... Almost all black screen, with only some fire images and some others in disorder... This happens with all the new drivers, also with 67.03, and not only with 3dMark, I tried also Colin 3 demo and appeared a similar graphic problem. When I return to the old ones (in bundle), all seems to be right again. I spent lot of my time searching for solutions... I found that, maybe, the SiS chipset could cause all this trouble. I also put my BIOS settings as nvidia suggests to...

There aren't Asus display drivers... Anyway I've just done a format and installed directly 66.93... But the problems still live. I tried to search on Google many times... I only found that, maybe, the trouble could be caused by my SiS motherboard chipset.
Seems that all drivers, exept my 6.1.7.2 (got from the bundle softw.), do not work properly on my configuration. It is really strange...
