6800GS AGP is on RMA

Hey everyone,

I had a BFG 6800GS AGP for a month before she broke in my face. Today I've seen a nice deal on a ATI X800GTO for 169CAD. I want to buy a new card simply because I don't want to wait for the RMA on the 6800GS.

Is it a good deal? Will I see any difference in FPS/quality?

I beleive the 6800GS is a better card across the board, but the X800GTO is not terribly far behind. I would guess you would want to put the 6800GS back in if you are an avid gammer though, because it is the better card.

I would still get the X800GTO. The 128mb ram won't make a difference.

Well...i'll try to wait till the 7600GT is available here and get one....i'll try...!
