6800 softmode will not stay set

I can softmode my 6800nu but when XP goes into hibernation it seems to be back at nu settings. A restart or shutdown will not cause this only hibernation will. Actually if I restart it after it has been in hibernation and lost the softmode it will re-enable the softmode. Does anyone else have this problem?

What are you using to "softmod" Coolbits ramps speeds back down to stock when not in a heavy 3d app. This is to protect your card from burning out.

I am using the newest version of rivatuner. Also I am not talking about overclocking, I am talking about softmoding the card to open all the pipes and vertex shaders.

maybe disable hibernation, and set moniter to just turn off.

i havent used this hibernations since i had a pentium 233

Yeah not going into hibernations would work, but I really like hibernations. It runs off zero power but still has all my windows where I left them when I need it again. I wish my powerbook could hibernate.
