will a 6800 run on my antec 350w psu? ive been contimplating buying it but i wasn't sure if that met the minimum requirements or not, thanks.

I'm been running my 6800U and BartonM @2.4gig off an Antec 350watt True Blue for almost a year now. Not much else in my system though.
