That low memory is really killing you. AFAIK Ultras usually get 12000+. Most GT's do seem to be able to clock to Ultra speeds, but then are failing after that on either the core or the memory. I'll test my GT out then ebay 1 of my 2 cards depending on performance and price.At 435/1.03, scored 11491 with Tbred B at 2.2ghz.
