6800 OC for 6600GT?

A guy in the sale/trade wants to possible trade me his BFG 6800 OC for my xfx 6600GT and some money. Hey told me to make him an offer. What would be a fair offer?
 
Probably get good insight if you browse the FS:FT posts and see what each card is going for. (an unusual trade.... I would be dubious)

You never offer first. Make him tip his hand first or low ball him.

Or, geez, search the forum for anybody selling a 6800 OC and write down that price then search the forum for anybody selling a 6600GT and write down that price and subtract it from the first price and you have the difference.
