6800 now showing red tone

ive had my bfg 6800 OC for about 2 weeks. fine and everything but i needed to upgrade my processor from an amd 2000+ to a 3200+ i took out the motherboard to make it easier to get the processor off. so i took out the video card also. i put it all back together and now there is a red tone all over my monitor. also in my BIOS, i cant read all of the grey faded text and in the windows task manager, cant see the processor percentage and the precentage graph. i tried my old video card and it worked perfectly and showed no red tone. my old video card is a Best Data Ti 4200 4xAGP. dont need to connect it to the power supply. maybe it might be something with not enough power getting to it?

called the bfg tech support and they just gave me the usual update bios. i disconnected all of the case fans and connected it to a dongle by itself and it still makes everything all red and cant read some text. i did flash the bios again just to see and reinstalled the bios again. now i think it is a hardware problem. any one else having this problem cus i read about the pny's with the blurriness
