6800 in PCI mode???

This is a hard problem to explain, but i'll try and do the best i can w/out taking pic's. The problem is that My AGP 6800, is using a "PCI" bus. This is what it says when i goto Display prop/settings/advanced/nvidia6800;

Bus PCI 0x
Memory 128 mb

Bios version: 5.40.02.26

This card is a Giga-Byte 6800, with all driver updates, Mounted on an ASUS A8V Deluxe with the 1008 Bios.

If you need any more specs please reply.

What does DXDIAG say under the DISPLAY tab about AGP texture acceleration? If it's enabled, then it's not in PCI mode. Sometimes the AGP slot is called PCI-0, I think. Or it is sharing resources with the PCI-0 slot next to it.

Isn't the 6800 a PCI Express chip that uses an AGP bridge?

If you're getting expected frame rates, then it's probably working correctly.
