6800 GT with NVSilencer at Ultra speeds

Will a 6800 GT with an NV Silencer 5 on it consistently reach Ultra speeds? Can it go even further sometimes? I've heard some say it will and some don't have as good of luck.

6800gt with even sytock cooling more often than not reaches past ultra speeds. they are great ocers.

Most 6800GTs will hit Ultra speeds on stock cooling, but YMMV.
