As for the RAM it's DDR800 2x1G, how should i adjust the timings?

Okay I'm running at 44412 now, it took 2.3v to get it stable it windows, is that too high, using ballistix, my idle temps at 3.2 according to coretemp are Core0 26C Core1 30C. I'm only using a freezer pro, would it be realistic to shoot for higher than 3.2 or no?

Lowering your timings from 5.5.5.18 to 4.4.4.12 gains you nothing. Overvolting your RAM will just make them fail faster.
I'm thinking you should be able to get higher then 3.2GHz. 8x4=3.2GHz so relax your timings, lower your multi back down to 6 and push your FSB higher and higher till your ram gives you errors (either via prime95 or memtest86+)

2.3V is too much for RAM, and like sutahz said, your timings are gaining you essentially nothing.

They're at 2.2v now, pretty sure thats what there rated for, got a stable boot at 450mhz, 10 minutes of orthos only hitting 49C, I expected much worse temps with my setup 😛

Well as I said, mine are rated at 2.2V 44412, least thats what it says on newegg, so I don't see why not to run them as that, as long as the overclock is stable, not sure what your situation is though.
