It's monoprice ebay store, it's perfectly safe, monoprice is a legit store and ebay is typically very customer friendly. Just make sure you go directly to ebay website and search monoprice store for 6700K.

Although at this point I'm not sure if it makes sense to buy 6700K at almost full retail price when 7700K is almost around the corner.
