670 PE SLI or Single 970?

I got into some money and I want to use the money to upgrade my video card. I currently have a MSI 670 PE. Should I get another and go SLI or sell the 670 and get a 970? I figure the cost to be around the same either way.

I got into some money selling a mobo that I won in a deal and I want to use the money to upgrade my video card. I currently have a MSI 670 PE. Should I get another and go SLI or sell the 670 and get a 970? I figure the cost to be around the same either way.

Honestly your best bet is probably to sell it and get a 970 so you dont have to deal with multi card issues. Plus kepler hasnt been performing all that well in the latest games even with some driver improvements

Go with the GTX970. I had 2 GTX670FTWs in SLI and a single GTX970 was almost equal in benchmarks but "felt" faster.

I went from a GTX 670 to 970. Big difference in games like The Witcher 3 or running Cities Skylines in Dynamic Resolution mode. Amazingly it uses less power than the 670 too.
