6600gt for 110:

GeForce 6600gt NV43 128MB DX 9.0 SM3.0 500 900 128 bit 8

6800nu for 150

GeForce 6800 NV40 128MB DX 9.0 SM3.0 325 700 256 bit 12

which one is worth it? for pcie only?

Disagree. I've had both, not my experience, and the benches don't show that.

They have similar fillrate and memory bandwidth, there's no reason the 6600GT would be faster. (and the 6800NU has one more vertex shader and 256 MB RAM vs 128MB RAM)

Links to benches that prove your statement?

This proves mine, and my SLI benchmarks show 6800NU SLI much better:

If this is PCIe, then why is the 6600GT's memory clocked at 900 MHz?

And also, where did you find one for $110?! Please tell me!

Sorry dude, the thing about 6800NU PCIE benches is there seems to be a lot of variance in them, some have speculated that some of the cards tested are actually 6800LEs.

http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/video/display/msi-nx6800-sli_7.html

They perform about the same, because they have basically the same specs. There's no reason one should outperform the other significantly at any playable setting.

Beyond that, I've owned a 6800NU SLI set, and still have a 6600GT SLI set. I've benched both cards and verified the findings at Xbit and FS. Can you say the same?
