6600GT Video Corruption!

I'm getting some pretty nasty video corruption with my PCI-E MSI 6600GT 128MB. The corruption only seems to occur in 3D apps utilizing DirectX or OpenGL. The last thing I was playing was Battlefront 2 until my rig just suddenly powered off which I blamed on my POS hard drives until now. It seems like since then I've been having this problem. I tried reinstalling drivers and DirectX and tested various display settings with no luck.

Here are some screenshots:

Never had a problem with this card, never did any overclocking either... I'm really hopeing it's not a serious hardware issue. Any suggestions?

looks liek a overclocking problem. If i push my card too far(way too far, 10mhz plus past artifacting) it will do this. May be heat related, but really seems like overclocking, try declocking to a lower speed to see if ti goes away. If it's still in warranty mayba a rma.
