6600gt using silencer

I have a MSI 6600gt and am using an Arctic cooling silencer. There is no heatsink on the ram since it didn't come with any and the stock one was 1 piece with the gpu. Will I be fine without any ramsink running the core overclocked but staying stock on the ram?
 
You can probably still OC the RAM. I have no RAM sinks on my eVGA 6600gt AGP, but it Ocs just fine almost 300 MHz. I do have a good heatsink (Zalman vf700) that blow air onto the actual RAM though...
