Well my 6600GT is having some troubles. At first I was having a problem running 3dmark. When I started 3dmark05 instead of going to my oc core it goes to only 500. Sometimes it worked with my real oc clock but usually it went to the low power 3d setting.

Well I got control of my low power 3d settings and set those to the same as my performance 3d settings. Now it ran 3dmark fine the first time trough. The second time in the middle of the second game it brings the core speed down to 300(my 2d setting). I hit esc and tried to run from the beginning. Well it tries running the games at 300 core. I have no clue as to what is going on now.
 
How could your scores be the same either way. When mine tries running 3dmark05 at 300 core it skips so many frames its not even funny. There is no way it could get the same score.
 
Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
The card worked fine before I reformatted. I tried again today setting low power 3d back to 500 core and when it runs 3dmark05 it runs it in low power 3d. I'm not sure why it is going on. I tried several drivers and they all did the same thing. I'm not sure what else to try.
