6600GT: s-video jack

Hi all.
We got a video cam (tape) and want to transfer it to my PC. I have the rig below, and my cam has an s-video jack. Will it work?

If it's a VIVO card, yes, if it's not, then no, the S-Video is output only (for hooking up to TV)

No, and I doubt you have vivo. That port on the 6600gt is for video out only, unless you have a vivo, and you wouldn't be seeing one S-Video port if it was vivo...
