Not serious about what?

Yeah fan noise really really sucks. Things are subtle ATM. It's just this case, it's so cluttered and it makes it even worse that I have a thermaltake orb cpu fan, which barely fit's. I had to dremel a 90deg section of fins. For my next build I will be using the flashingTape/quiet kote stuff to alleviate any unwated noise. I was just referring to open case noise. The side of my case doesn't open, it has a hood which exposes both sides and the top.

As far as pets go. I somehow managed to get a few cat hairs sucked into the case from the front mesh hole things. My cat used to stay near the case in the winter due to the heat it radiated. It's all spotless though from my huff and puff skills. :awe:

i couldn't' make any sense of your last post.
something about bridges, removing paste and all that, none of it could be deciphered

btw next time get an antec p18x case. a case with thin walls, windows and other nonsense is just going to be noisy regardless. tap the walls on an antec and its a dull thud, tap yours and it probably rings hollow. but even so, the 6600 was esp wicked loud

Oh. I thought the bridge was that secondary chip that is in the picture with the heatsink on it. I took that including the fan off and left them bare. Maybe I should had kept that one on? Dunno, just thought the concept of having air blowing on it was better than having a heatsink on it since it's just catching air passing by.

Things are running good so far.

Wait, what? You took off all the heatsinks? Good luck with that... unless you're just trolling us.
