6600GT or X800GTO???

which one is better??
6600GT has 8 pipelines 500/1000
X800GTO has 12 pipelines 400/980

also, is Leadtek still the best manufacturer of the 6600GT? (according the the anandtech guide it is, but that was quite a while ago)
and who is the best manufacturer of X800GTO??

any other better video cards within the same price range???

eVGA, BFG, and XFX are the top 6600GT makers, although the BFG isn't really worth it at its current price.

x800GTO is better all around, it's a good overclocker, and it's even better if you can get it to unlock. I believe only Connect3D x800GTOs unlock, though.

X800GTO is faster then the 6600GT even if you can't unlock all its pipes, so even though it will cost a bit more its the better choice.

Yeah, if you've got the extra money, definitely go for the Connect3D x800GTO. No other brand. 😀

They can unlock, and if not, they are generally monster overclockers.

Edit : Although, if you can pitch in a couple more $$$, go for the 6800GS if you want reassurance, as well as SM3.0.
