you obviously know nothing about both the 6600 and 6800 , you probably have a 9600 no pro, right ? The 6600 GT is significantly better than 9800 pro and XT, so it does have its uses, given the fact that up to a few months ago 9800 XT was the best for hardcore gamers. So it's certainly good for most people looking to spend $200, and probably for serious gamers as well. As for "hard core", by which I guess you mean people who want the best possible perofrmance no matter what the price, 600 GT in dual SLI is actually better the 6800 ultra most of the time. Actually, you may be surprised to know, given you clueless post, that many people are anxiously waiting for the availability of 6600GT on AGP since it looks like the best all around value card for gaming. I guess the 9800 pro will go down in price to below $150 when that happens.
