6600GT AGP VIVO?

I have been looking at various manufacturer's products but I don't see any that are selling a 6600GT AGP with VIVO. Has anybody else seen one?

i think VIVO stands for video in/video out (correct me if im wrong, please), but what are the features and benefits of it?

Is it really worth the price for the top of the line Gainward GS with the 1.6ns memory? OR would it be better to spend the money on a slower but better 6800NU? Thanks!

Its useful for transferring home video (which is what I use it for). I probably should just get a USB2.0 or Firewire device to do this and not worry.
