No matter what I do it won't budge. Even if I underclock the mem and core speeds it says the driver fails the test. I've tried the 66.93 and 67.03's. Its a Inno3D 6600GT 128-bit 128mb. Anyone know if theres something I can do, or is it just a defective card?

My apologies if this has been asked before, I searched around and could not find a solution, nor anyone else with an Inno3D with this problem.

Geforce 6600GT 128-bit NV43(A2,8x1,3vp) 128MB DDR

RivaTuner v2.0 Release Candidate 15.3 New Year Edition

Not sure what other info to gather. BIOS is 5.43.02.41

Would a dxdiag or sandra dump be useful?

With riva you need to add yourself as a power user and you need to enable overclocking features. Like the program says time and time again..read the faq :)
