Which one is better ...

6600 GT with 128 mb or 6600 with 256 mb

can you explain why ? thx a lot!!

Short answer: the amount of memory rarely matters. It's all about the architecture. 256MB is only useful on a super-duper high end card at this point.

More RAM is better but not at the expense of a faster card. Get the 6600 GT.
