6600 or x1300 PRO both AGP

So I'm looking at black friday ads and i come across these two video cards, the ATI x1300 pro 256mb for $79.99 and the PNY 6600 256mb for $69.99,(no specifications listed, just the ad) and im wondering which one would be worth getting between the two, if theres any major differences. Also, do they demand a lot of power cause im using a stock PSU which came with the case (420watts PS2 ATX12V).
