6600 GT issues

I have a new eVGA 6600 GT PCI-E card, and it runs fine, except for a small annoyance, when I right click on a video, the screen goes black for a second then comes back on, this only happens with movies. Has anyone dealt with this or a similar issue.

odd...i hvae the same thing with my 6800 GT....it's done it rarely a few times just idling too...not sure why. It makes a sound effect too when it happens...

Well, at least now I know I'm not the only one with problems of this nature

I had the same problem when I reinstalled my card. Let me know if anyone has solved this problem.

Oh don't get me wrong...they're awesome cards, my games run smoothly, I am just annoyed by it, I bet it has something to do with the settings on it.

I think you are seeing the display mode switch allowing menus. I don't understand why it is so disruptive... doesn't seem like it should be so difficult to make those switches seamless.

This is either somthing to do with the driver, or video deffinitions.
check if you're refresh rate or somthing like are set to different values for video playing.
