I was just wondering what you guys have gotten with a single 6600 GT in 05

I've managed 4370 with 77.72 drivers

GASP!!!!! HOW DID YOU GET 4370!?!?!?!?!?!? My 6600GT is overclocked to 570/1250 and I get 3800!!!! I'm using 77.72.

EDIT: just looked at your specs, HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY GET IT TO 597/1290!?!?!?! Are you on liquid nitrogen????

omg thats bordering on insane....stock 6800GT busts out 4800-5000 range, turn the AA and AF up and i bet it will die alot quicker than the 256bit cards do 😛

Look at my other benches in my sig too, this is no joke. I've seen a few higher than mine, i just wanted the anandtech comparison.

I mean, I'll have my 7800 GT / r520 equivalent soon enough 😀... I've had this 6600 GT since December when the nforce 4 first came out.

stock cooling

score not high but oc is, with a pentium 4 530 @ stock

Howd u manage those clocks with stock cooling? Getting major artifacts?

BTW, for anyone wondering, these arent just benchmarks with no actual game performance, I play all current games at 1280x1024, max settings, 2-4xAA/8xAF at 40FPS or better.

yes artifacting and it will not run past those clocks, i tried it 🙂

stock cooling? i have a btx case so i just used speedfan to turn the fans at full and it worked flawlessly.

Yes it is, its all defualt detail/quality/resolution settings and all the tests 3D Mark uses to produce a score, if i were to enable the cpu tests it would just take longer, it wouldnt change the score. It ONLY uses the game tests to determine a score. The demo version just doesnt allow you to disable the tests, probably just to give you an incentive to buy the pro.

i'll bench the system i built for my friend tomorrow. i don't think thats so insanely high with a 6600gt clocked like that.
