38a on 12v is kinda low for 650w ps. Ive seen many 500w with 34a on 12v.

My PSU also has 38A in 12V rail with 2 rails of 15A and one of 8A.

Well, for a modular it has some of the better rating i've seen so far so I posted, seems most of you don't agree tho

the ability to combine both rails is real nice on the ocz, plus it is modular. i know it has been disbuted whether or not dual rails could be assumed to be a combined amparage or separate ( although i agree with those of you who say it cannot). that pc power&cooling is a beast, 4 12v rails and 950 peak is nuts, i am sure there will be a nice price tag on that one!
