650w Corsair Needs Replacement?

My current setup is in my sig.

I installed cpu-z and my CPU voltage is going from 1.24-1.36v.

I don't understand why it would fluctuate so much, so it doesn't seem right to me.

My voltage is set at 1.25 in the bios and c1 stepping is disabled.

I guess I will go 750w modular if this one is bad.

I think it's just a CPU-Z error. I have my voltage set to 1.4V in the BIOS and yet CPU-Z tells me it fluctuates up to 1.47V, even at idle.

Okay, Thanks. I will have to check into that.

Either a CPU-Z bug or poor voltage control on the motherboard. This has nothing to do with your PSU.

Exactly if the 12V rail is stable on the PSU, but your vCore is screwed, it is your motherboards VRM that is the problem

It's your motherboard, not the power supply. The only way you can monitor the PSU without buying anything is to look at your 12V, 5V, 3.3V etc. readings in the BIOS or some software. The motherboard regulates VCore on its own from the 12V.
