okay, i need help choosein g to upgrade (okay, basicaly buy a new comp)

i have on hand however a moniter keyboard, mice, case, speaker. cdrw and floppy 40gb hardrive. everything else i NEED to upgrade. and i want extra money to upgradew some other stuff, like my case and speakers.

Then ask a specific question. Otherwse, just buy the recommended socket 754 parts, an Antec Sonata case, NEC 3500a drive, and the best video card you can afford.
