64MB is still an OK start position if you are putting together a budget computer. And since most computers have at least two SDRAM slots, you are ready to increase the RAM when more money is available. Let's say you have 128MB in your computer right now. Well for $22.95, increasing your memory to 192MB is a good deal.

I don't look down my nose at any cheap SDRAM, no matter what the size.
