64bit pci & rack mount cases

has anyone put together a rackmount w/ a 64bit pci slot? I ask because most rack mount cases require the riser card to be in the 1st or 2nd slot, well many of the newer dual pIII boards have 64bit pci slots in the first two slots. So are there 64bit riser cards out there? or what are some 64bit pci compatable rack mount cases out there.

also side note, anyone know what other power supplies are compatable with an Enlight EN-2200X3R?
