SnowPunk98, I would have to suggest that you try the different refresh rates starting w/ the lowest that you mentioned, refresh rates vary from individual user to user in my experience. Just be sure that any refresh rate you try is w/i your monitors acceptable limit for that resolution, so that you do not damage your monitor. I currently use 90hz on a 19" Sony G400 at 1280 x 1024 32bit. Hope this helps.
 
SnowPunk98, you may be able to PUSH the refresh rate, but unless you monitor supports that particular refresh rate, you will damage you 21" monitor. Break out the intruction manual, or go to Nokia's website and check the spec's for your monitor. Hope this helps.
 
With most modern monitors, you cant really damage the monitor by setting too high of a refresh rate... most of the time if the refresh rate is out of the supported range, the monitors will usually go blank or display a msg...

But Zim Hosein has a point... it is best to reference your manual to check what's the highest refresh rate your monitor supports at the resolution you are running...

Not true I find on my monitor 85hz gives me the sharpest image better then 100hz plus etc.
