I picked up one of these out of the clearance section of www.zones.com yesterday for $199 (+$5.74 shipping). Shipped this morning. I just browsed their clearance section and its not displayed anymore. It had indicated limited quantity, so maybe I got the last one. Maybe not. Their clearance inventory changes every hour or so, so keep checking. Or give them a call. Tel:1-800-815-5502

The zones.com item number is either A 00692946 SPO or just 00692946.

The manufacturer's part number was listed as IBM Ultrastar 07N3230. It was listed as 36.7GB ULTRA 160 SCSI LP INT. I believe this is the same drive: IBM link

This was a hot deal for me. Hopefully someone else will be able to pick one up.

BTW, this is an 80-pin drive, so 6400 users will need a 68-pin adapter. I picked one up on egay for $14.50 shipped.

There must be some minor difference. The IBM part number (07N3230) is the same, but the zones.com part numbers are different. 00692946 -vs- 00853775 Mine had LP (low profile) in the description. Is this drive LP?

Other than that it looks like the same drive. Again, someone should call and check by the zones.com part number if interested.
