6400 Black edition will not post on M2N32SLI But will post on the M3A...help...

I assembled a new rig consisting of the M2N32LI and the AMD 6400 Black edition.

I am testing the system with nothing plugged in except RAM and vid card. (the RAM is working properly). The M2N will not post with the black edition but will post with a regular 4800+. I put the black edition on an Asus M3A mobo and it posted correctly.

The bios on the M2N is updated to ensure compatibility with the black edition...can someone please help me here...
