64 Meg Video cards

I know that this topic has been addressed time and time again. But I am confused. I am finally ready to upgrade my Diamond TNT2 Ultra. I was looking for a 64 Meg card with TV out. I will use my card for gaming (Currently Diablo II, and Future WarCraft III). I also would like to use my card to watch Movies (AVI) on my 32" TV.
I see that many of these cards are around $150. I am not ready to dive into the GF3. Only GF2. But witch one? I am very confused at the differences between the "PRO" and the "GTS". Also is there a big differnce between the brands, AKA "MSI" or "Power Color"?
I am leaning towards the MSI from NewEgg, but would like to get some opinions.

Thanks

GeForce2 cards come at different stock speeds. The Pro's are clocked at 200/400 (referring to core speed/memory speed) and the GTS is somewhat lower. I have the MSI 831 that you're referring to and it's a great card.

Come on, the difference is hardly earthshattering in Diablo 2, and even if you are a freak that likes the washed out look the Voodoo puts out--it's not like it's unplayable.

OK...
Now my current set up is as follows.

1.1 Thunderbird
768M Micron Ram PC133
Abit KT7A Motherboard

Does the 200/400 relate to the Ram speed in any way?

D2 only supports Glide and DirectX. I would stay away from 3DFX cards, because their is no longer driver support OR a company! My friend has an "old" GeForce 256 and D2 runs liquid smooth on it in D3D.

Voodoo2's were the ones all washed-out. The Banshee/Voodoo3,4,5 cards all had very good colour saturation. Better than TNT in many cases.

MSI's GF2 Pro 32mb has TV out (S-Video) too and it's a bit more affordable than the 64 mb. Still outa stock @ memorymedia for $115.

Just replaced the 16mb Voodoo3 3000 PCI with the 64mb MSI Pro today. No wash out with the old card. The new one is smoother but as installed not as great a visual improvement as hoped. Gonna try MSI's drivers I just downloaded from their new site.

Never had to worry about AGP settings in the BIOS before. Anyone care to provide standard BIOS setups for this new card? Or start me off with an appropriate web site with that information? Thank you.

Yep, the 200/400 means 200MHz. core clock speed, 400MHz. RAM speed. The RAM on a GF2 is actually DDR, so the bus is actually 200MHz. but it sends data on both ends of the clock cycle, essentially resulting in double the bandwidth.
