64-bit Windows BSOD

During my installation of 64-bit Windows, after the hardware check, I get the BSOD. It dosnt tell me anything about the error either. I've tried re downloading it and re-burning it, but that didnt work either. Any help?

Are you over clocked? pull any hardware that isn't nessicary for installation.
