after extensive testing with 32 and 64bit, i much prefer the 64 bit version for my pc as its very stable and rock solid except for one specific weird thing.
now this is the 3rd fresh install i've tested, 2 standard (full) and 1 *vlited (stripped of stuff i dont use and tweaked) same problem each time. this problem occurs during the very first day of formatted install, usually starts after a few reboots then cp works on/off after reboots.
control panel SOMETIMES wont open nor will anything within it open, nor will anything within it even show up under search.
for instance, now i click CP or any app thats linked inside it and nothing happens except for a quick blanked window pops up and dissapears.
if i reboot, sometimes it takes several reboots, it works perfectly normal and everything within it works and shows up under search....another reboot later, its all gone.
its very frustrating as i cant even do windows update nor even a simple mouse option untill i reboot enough that it starts working again.
i dont think its driver, i have since last install changed my only 2 needed drivers, audio/video.
theres nothing else thats installed when this problem starts to occur as it happens before i get to doing any apps or games on it
i was advised elsewhere to use shellexview but have no clue what to do with it however it says CP is not disabled
