64 bit Sound card?

The sound drivers for my mobo are not compatible in WinXP 64 bit and so I was wondering which soundcard would be good for use in a 64 bit environment. Oh BTW, I play a lot of games so something that can make Command and Conquer not sound like trash would be good 😛

P.S. - Yay for shuttle

I believe VIA has 64 bit sound drivers, as does Nvidia.

EDIT: This is assuming you're getting an Athlon64 motherboard because that P4 in your sig won't even run XP64.

Hehe, yes I am definitely running AMD 64 on shuttle AN50R. Any other suggestions out there?

Tell us how it runs! 🙂

PM me for a way to get a compressed image of your sig to you. If you want but it's way too large.
