64-bit revolution

I'm looking around for very cheap 64-bit systems for work, but because Dell is an Intel shop, no dice.

I'm now looking at refurb e-machines from Tigerdirect, like these, but I really miss the Dell coupons/value..

So when will low-end see 64-bit?
 
OK, 2 more quick questions.
Will SQL Server 05 come with both 32 and 64-bit media, and are they compatible for log shipping and such?
Is there anyone that sells a cheap 64-bit system?
 
They're already using 64-bit capable CPUs. Intel's implementation isn't the best but they are 64-bit.
